Honest expectations
When scheduling a weekend car pickup, keep in mind that while we strive to accommodate as many requests as possible, same-day service may not always be feasible, especially on Sundays. Our service is free, but holiday weekends may have altered schedules and limited availability in certain areas. Additionally, if you’re in a more rural region, coordination times may vary. To ensure a smooth pickup, it’s best to confirm your appointment early in the week.
How pickup logistics work
Our dispatcher coordinates with a network of local tow operators to efficiently manage your pickup. Once you've submitted your request, our team will assess the logistics of your location and determine the best course of action. Communication is key; expect to receive updates regarding your scheduled time and any potential changes related to your pickup.
Little Rock pickup notes
In Little Rock, our towing services are equipped to handle both urban and suburban environments. While we have a dense network of tow operators in the city, rural areas may present unique challenges such as HOA regulations or limited street access. To ensure an effective pickup, please provide clear instructions about your vehicle’s location, especially if parking rules apply in your neighborhood.
